| Cape Henry Lighthouse |
Dear Saints,
I often walk on the beach with my dog and take photos. I took the photo above last year on a warm winter day. The Cape Henry lighthouse sits at the intersection of the Atlantic ocean and the Chesapeake Bay. My ancestors sailed by this spot when they came to Virginia from England. The first, John Price in 1611 went to Jamestowne and then the Laniers to Charles City around 1652. I remember the day I took this photo I was filled with deep sadness for what my country once was and how my ancestors came here because they longed for religious freedom after having been persecuted by the Catholic church for centuries. First in France and then in England. But look at us now, a country that once stood for and believed in the Gospel of Jesus Christ is now mostly Godless, full of idolatry and wickedness, and blind to our pride and stoutness of heart.
Recently I shared with a brother in Christ that I believe America is really a type of ancient Israel as opposed to Babylon the Great. God willing I will blog on that subject some time. But for now, my heart is aching for what is coming to America if there is no repentance. This so called Christian nation is going to be severely judged just like ancient Israel and Judah were. There is nothing new under the sun and what has been will be again. As Jonathan Cahn so brilliantly points out in his message "The Harbinger" using Isaiah 9:10. After God allowed terrorists to attack us on 9 -11- 2001 as His warning, America did not repent, but instead became filled with pride and stoutness of heart just like Israel.
I listened to Chris Pinto do a commentary about the Harbinger Prophetic warning and I hope you all will give it a listen. It is very good and he brings out some things that I know will not be received by some. But we may not have thought about what Chris suggests regarding deception in the church and how we got here.
Let us keep praying.
In Christ, Sarah

Shalom sis Sara, in the name of Yeshua our dearest Lord. Its very interesting to know you were the descendent of the founding fathers, you are of English root,no wonder its in you naturally to feel for USA.
ReplyDeleteI have never been to the USA but I do know abit about her, like the Mayfair pilgrims who came ashore in the Atlantic east looking for new hope in the new land.Yes its very sad that USA is not as how it was founded, struggled and built before.
I am from malaysia where the majority are muslims and I am of indian origin my paternal grandparents came from india but I have no feeling for my grandparent's homeland to me Malaysia is my homeland and I believe its the same with you sis the way you feel for USA.I too feel sad for USA,when I was much younger USA was a country and nation to be admired and adored and in my heart still is except it grieves me inside to see so much damages and turmoil covering her,but I remember a prophecy or 2 by bro DGS Dhinakaran of India when God spoke and reveal to him thru prophecy that GOD will and has not forgotten USA and HE will restore her (spiritually 1st and the rest)Oh I was so glad to hear that.Well its always feels so nice to see Old Glory fluttering in the wind and also the Bald Eagle.Indeed USA was and has been such an outstanding nation such as never any nation on this planet earth has and will ever be,just a few days ago I thot about USA and her conditions today and I had this impression that no nation is, was and has been as glorious as the good old USA and why? Its because of her people who first landed here founded on the GOD of Israel, the God who is living and loving and true and they made the nation's foundation in all things based on this one and true living God Jesus.
USA=United Standing Always

Hi Joshua- Thank you for your comment. I am a descendant of the founding "peoples" not the founding fathers.
ReplyDeleteThe real struggle for Biblical Christianity took place in Europe and I believe it is important to understand the history of the reformation and how many were martyred by the Roman Catholic church. The number of people is believed to be around 50 million at least. The Roman Catholic church is the woman who rides the beast and once you know the history and know what they are up to in modern times then this revelation will hit you like a brick as it did me!
If you have not watched the documentary "A Lamp In The Dark: The Untold History of the Bible" - then I highly recommend it. Here is the link-

Below is a link about the French Protestants (Huguenots) I am a descendant of Nicolas Lanier.

Hey Sarah, I didn't know your background. Very interesting thank you for sharing. It makes sense why you're so tuned into the past history of the reformation and the terrible cost (50 million... hard to even imagine) to break free of the catholic church. I firmly believe English is the international language because God used this language to spread the gospel. Also, to me, it's no wonder why the sun never set on the empire of a small island nation of England... You know, I've passed between Cape Charles and Cape Henry from Naval Station Norfolk and Little Creek many times during my naval years. It always stirred my heart to be breaking out into the open Atlantic onboard a U.S. naval warship with cape Henry on my right hand as the last navigational fix before shifting charts. An awesome sense of pride and love for America used to touch my heart. Upon returning sometimes several months later I'd first spot the Charles and Henry lighthouses to begin entry into the Chesapeake Bay, a great feeling of coming back home used to overwhelm me.
ReplyDeleteBack to the HARBINGER and A LAMP IN THE DARK. Both a must read for the saints in these last days. God bless you and the brother from Malaysia. May America repent and come back to her roots. Amen.
Hi Randy- that is so neat you were a Navy guy here in Virginia! I have grown up mostly in Virginia Beach since around the 6th grade. And you saw exactly the place I walk my dog! That's cool! There is something very special about that location where the lighthouse is and the Atlantic and Chesapeake Bay meet. I get very emotional every time I go there. I can imagine the intense emotions and the sense of freedom our ancestors might have felt when they finally arrived in this land at that very place.
ReplyDeleteAs a Navy man sailing through those waters I can imagine you did have your heart stirred! Thank you for sharing that Randy, what a special story!
Many English Christians (Puritans, Independents, Quakers and others) came to America so that they could freely worship and serve the Lord without being harrassed by the Church of England. Many Huguenots were persecuted in France and these people also came to America for religious freedom. Thousands of Huguenots died on the St. Bartholomew's Day Massacre in France in 1572.
ReplyDeleteSt. Bartholomew's Day Massacre:

I sometimes wonder if the bloody French Revolution (1789) was God's judgment on France for the harsh treatment of the Huguenots.
Hi Tim- Here is a good link that tells a brief story of the massacre-
ReplyDeletehttp://www.history.com/this-day-in-history/saint-bartholomews-day-massacre
The Roman Catholics also celebrated the massacres. Sounds like this scriptures-
Rev 11:10. There is nothing new under the sun.
The Catholics were convinced by the Papacy that they were doing a good thing for God because the Protestant Reformers would not follow the Popes "Edict of Nantes." Which basically said that the Pope was God and the people were to follow him even he led them into hell!
True story!!
Thanks Sarah, you're in a special place.
ReplyDeleteWow! Tim, Sarah, these accounts are shocking. I'm sure the French Revolution was God's judgment. And this St. Bartholomew massacre is from the gates of hell. And this was celebrated??? This Edict of Nantes is an edict from Satan himself. It just is overwhelming to read these things. thank you Sarah and Tim. God bless you.
Shalom dear sis in the name of Yeshua Meshech, thankyou for your reply and for providing me the links to refer regarding the founding peoples. When you mentioned Hugenots French Protestants is that mean Joan of Arc was one of them? You are welcome and thankyou Traveller.I am here to learn any comments or statements made previously was purely unintentional so do please accept my apology,I am here to listen, learn and to poder.
ReplyDeleteI did not know much about Joan of Arc but from what I found online about her she was a Roman Catholic and the Roman Catholic church canonized her as a Saint in 1920. She was a military hero in France because she participated in wars against England to reclaim some territory and the throne of France.
ReplyDeleteQuote from Wiki-"Joan asserted that she had visions from God that instructed her to recover her homeland from English domination late in the Hundred Years' War."
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joan_of_Arc
According to this bio she had visions of "Saints"-
http://archive.joan-of-arc.org/joanofarc_short_biography.html
Quote- "Joan indicated that it was around 1424, when she was twelve, that she began to experience visions which she described as both verbal communication as well as visible figures of saints and angels which she could see and touch. Her own testimony as well as a Royal document say that on at least two occasions specific other persons could see the same figures. She identified these visions as St. Catherine [of Alexandria], St. Margaret [of Antioch], the Archangel Michael, occasionally Gabriel, and large groups of angels on some occasions. Various authors have speculated on the significance of these personages. The only one with a definite relevance to the military situation would be the Archangel Michael, who had been chosen in 1422 as one of the patron saints of the French Royal army (with Saint Denis) and had long served as patron of the fortified island of Mont-Saint-Michel, which had withstood an ongoing siege or blockade since 1418 and would successfully resist continued English efforts until the truce of 1444 finally brought a respite."
-end.
The thing I find interesting is that not once in the info I read did she claim Jesus Christ as her Lord. And in the visions she claimed she saw and spoke to other so called "Saints" seems very dubious and also sounds unscriptural. They could have been "familiar spirits."
Thanks for your extensive search and info provided here sis Sara yes I do agree with you as long as a person who claims to be of the Christian faith but doesnt acknowledge or mentions about the Lord Jesus Christ then its fake and nothing else.

Carnal Christians love carnal theology; they want to experience "religious" phenomena through their five senses; they build carnal church systems to feed their carnal pride (man's way, not God's way). So the story of Joan of Arc must make them feel good about their carnal selves because she spoke with certain "saints" (they may have been demons--demons love to fellowship with carnal Christians and false Christians). The devil can lead carnal Christians astray through demonic dreams and visions. Satan loves to counterfeit anything that the Lord does because Satan thinks he is God (He is definitely the god of the world system).
ReplyDeleteSpiritual Christians (people who are dead to self) commune with the Father through the Holy Spirit. They perceive the Lord's voice in their spirit. They don't have to experience things through their five senses--though the Lord can and does use the five senses to get our attention (daily circumstances). "We worship Him in Spirit and in truth." (or we obey Him in Spirit and in truth)
"The love of the world is enmity with the Father." The love of worldly, demonic theology is enmity with the Father. France has never been known as a Christian nation--except maybe for the Huguenots and some other persecuted Christian groups. The French Revolution (1789) was virulently anti-Christian. The god of the French Revolution was Reason--not the Lord Jesus Christ.
The French Revolution was the father of the Bolshevik Revolution (1917) in Russia. I believe the Bolshevik Revolution was God's judgment on Russia because there wasn't much Gospel being preached in Russia--it was dominated by the Russian Orthodox Church (a man-made church system). The Bolshevik (Communist) Revolution gave the world Joseph Stalin, who was one of the most brutal dictators in history.
Tim people love to make up their own version of history. Even now if there were no true Christian Reformers (namely people like us!) fighting the good fight of faith for the True Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ- then the apostate church and the secular humanists would have their way. Not as long as there is breath in my body!
ReplyDeleteGod bless, Sarah
